Instructors
Instructors are the BankerMentor teaching team. They come from front-office roles at bulge-bracket investment banks and at firms such as CICC and Macquarie, and they teach the technical core of every program: accounting, valuation, modeling and interview preparation.
Because cohorts are capped at fifteen, instructors review individual work, not just deliver lectures. Models get checked line by line, and interview answers get practiced until they hold up under follow-up questions.
Senior mentors
Every senior mentor holds or has held an Executive Director, Principal or more senior role at a firm such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, CICC, Macquarie and KKR.
Each cohort is paired with one senior mentor, who leads sixteen hours of sessions on how deals are actually done:
- IPOs and follow-on offerings
- Due diligence
- Deal negotiation
- How careers in the industry develop, and the decisions that shape them
At the start of each cohort, participants receive their senior mentor's business card, contact details and biography.
Why names are not listed
Many of our mentors hold senior roles at regulated institutions and take part in a personal capacity. We share mentor details with admitted cohorts only.
Admission to every cohort is by application.
Send us your CV and a short personal statement. We read every one.
