What makes a BankerMentor cohort different

Three commitments we have kept since the first cohort in 2019.

Senior practitioners teach in person

Every cohort has its own senior mentor: an Executive Director, Principal or more senior practitioner from a leading bank or investment firm, who leads sixteen hours of sessions and stays in contact with the group.

Fifteen seats, never more

Every cohort is capped at fifteen participants. Small groups mean every model, pitch and interview answer is reviewed individually, and every participant knows their mentor by name.

Interview prep plus deal practice

A curriculum built on real interview and written-test questions reported by our students, alongside practice modules on IPOs, follow-on offerings, due diligence and deal negotiation.

How a cohort works

Sixty hours across four stages, from the accounting every interviewer assumes you know to live sessions with a senior practitioner.

  1. Accounting and finance

    12 hours

The accounting and corporate finance that front-office work actually runs on, taught through real company filings.

  2. Recruiting and interviews

    16 hours

Track-specific preparation, built on interview and written-test questions reported by our students.

  3. Valuation and modeling

    16 hours

Three-statement models, DCF, trading comparables and LBO, built by hand and defended out loud.

  4. Senior mentor sessions

    16 hours

A Director-level practitioner walks the cohort through IPOs, follow-on offerings, due diligence and deal negotiation.
